Final approval has been granted by the Department of Energy!The State of Michigan Appliance Trade Up Program will be only available to Michigan residential customers starting February 10, 2010 until federal funds run out! The Michigan Appliance Trade Up Programwill complement utility energy optimization programs to provide rebates on: qualifying refrigerators, clothes washers, dishwashers, propane and oil furnaces, solar hot water heaters, and propane hot water heaters. Save money and make a difference by trading in your old appliance and upgrading to an appliance that lowers your energy consumption and helps impact the environment.

To obtain a rebate go towww.MIrebates.comor call 1-866-621-8782 to reserve a rebate. Required information will include: name, address, make & model of qualified product and retailer name. The reservation will be valid for 14 days. Participants will be required to mail in a rebate application and valid receipt for proof of purchase and must self-certify the removal of the old appliance.
