Delivery is free to the entryway of the
home (for "e;White Glove"e; delivery there
is a $99 charge). We never ship by Motor Freight unless agreed upon in advance.
With motor freight delivery you are responsible for getting the appliance off
the end of a semi truck.
All Ranges, Double Ovens and
Refrigerators and anything ordered with them ship FREE (White Glove Delivery $99) for
your peace of mind.Other
appliances can also be upgraded to include in-home delivery for a nominal
charge.
The following restrictions do apply to our free delivery offer:
- Alaska and Hawaii are excluded. Typically we only ship products 100 pounds
or less to Alaska and Hawaii and there may be an additional charge.
- If you live in a remote location or are not in our shipping companies normal
delivery area there maybe an additional delivery charge. Less than 1% of
the US population is affected by our remote location requirement. Please
call 1-800-948-2325 to talk to a salesperson.
