Every package is insured to guarantee you receive your purchase in perfect condition. Please look over all new deliveries prior to signing for the merchandise. Any inconsistencies, irregularities, or damage must be noted in writing on the bill of lading. After you sign for the merchandise you are responsible for filing all claims with the shipper.

Do to strong manufacture availability of all the products we carry, we do not stock any items. The majority of our vendors will deliver to us in three to four days. This allows us to maintain a low overhead and operational costs to offer you the best price and service possible. On rare occurrences, items may be backordered or delayed, and we will immediately notify you and offer you the opportunity to cancel your order at no charge.

There is an additional charge, for remote deliveries, determined by the shipping company. Remote deliveries are generally deliveries that have limited access or are far from a large metropolis. Less than 1% of the Continental population lives in our remote delivery area. Orders placed with a delivery to a remote area will be contacted to go over the delivery schedule after the order is placed.

Delivery Schedule:
All appliances ship and are delivered in 1 to 4 weeks (over 90% arrive in three weeks or less) except for the following:

1. Remote locations may take an additional week to deliver.
2. Backordered items are subject to manufacture availability.
3. Any item with special trim or colors besides white, black, bisque or stainless steel may take longer and are considered special order items and are non-refundable and are not cancelable.

4. Larger items and larger orders take the longest to deliver. These items can be expitidited but that may prohibit any inside deliver option and additional charges may apply.

If at any time your appliance will take longer than stated, you can cancel your order at no charge before the item is shipped.

Deliveries are only made to the billing address for the credit card charged unless approved by or paid by check. If you want additional information on our ship to policies regarding different ship to addresses please feel free to contact our customer service department.

Many of our delivery agents will give you a four-hour delivery window.There will be a redelivery fee if no one is home at the time of delivery and someone must be home to sign for the items.Delivery address cannot be changed in-route.

There must be a clear, level and unobstructed delivery path to where you want your appliances delivered. Snow, ice or excessive mud may prohibit delivery. In the rare instance you house is not accessable by a delivery truck (and something can not be arranged for the customer pick-up) the customer will be billed on their credit card for the delivery charges back to Witbeck's plus a 30% restocking fee. When ordering larger than normal items such as Duet Laundry or the Monogram Refrigerators please make sure they will fit through all openings. It is the customer's responsibility to insure that the appliance can be delivered to where they want the appliance to go, additional charges may apply for non-compliance.

Deliveries are made as follows:
Professional Appliances, Refrigerators (excluding undercounter), Ranges and Double Ovens will be shipped by one of our national affiliated shippers. Your items will be placed at the entry way of the home, for an additional $99 fee they will be placed inside the home, where you want them, and unboxed, as part of our Luxury Delivery Service unless stated otherwise. Washers and Dryers will be taken up or down one flight of stairs if they are delivered with "e;White Glove"e; service otherwise they will be placed outside the entryway to your residence.

Cooktops, Dishwashers, Single Ovens, Microwaves, Washers & Dryers and other small items, if ordered by themselves will be shipped either UPS, Fed Ex or by one of our affiliated shippers and placed outside the entrance to your home. If ordered with other items they will be shipped together for your convenience.

Single dryer deliveries are delivered outside of the entryway of the home only unless otherwise stated. When ordering washers, you must order the matching dryer to get the free delivery, if you would like to purchase the washer by it self there will be a $100.00 shipping charge. Washers and dryers ordered together will be set in place and the packaging removed for an additional $99.00 on top of any other delivery charge at the request of the customer at the time of ordering. Free "White Glove" delivery for laundry when ordered with any other kitchen appliance over $1500.00 or when purchased with appliances that include inside delivery.

Returns can only be accepted in the complete original packaging with all of the manuals, materials and a blank warranty card. If the items are delivered as part of our "e;White Glove"e; service, our delivery teams have been paid to remove the packaging material for you. If for any reason you think you may want to return any merchandise, please ask the delivery agents to uncrate the items so they can be repackaged at a later date, or unpack the appliances yourself, and save all packaging material. Built-In Appliances:
These appliances require installation, and we highly recommend you use an established tradesman familiar with installing built-in appliances. As these installations are often custom, it is recommended that you get more than one quote and choose a company that you feel comfortable with. Built-in appliances include but are not limited to Ovens, Dishwashers, Warming Drawers, Miele Coffee Makers, Cooktops, Built-in Refrigeration, and Built-in Microwaves.

Please make sure you are very confident that the refrigerator will fit into the space you want and there is a reasonable delivery path to that area. Refrigerators that have an automatic ice and water dispenser or an icemaker will need to have the water line hooked up by another party after delivery. Icemakers ordered separately will also need to be installed. Make sure that there is enough space for the refrigerator doors to open fully.

Gas Ranges and Dryers:
These appliances are not shipped with any connecting gas lines. These lines can typically be purchased at any hardware store. We recommend that you have a qualified installer connect the gas line for safety reasons.

Electric Ranges and Dryers:
These appliances are not shipped with connecting electric cords as there are several different wall socket configurations. We recommend you examine your current wall socket, make note of the configuration, and purchase the cord locally. They are often available at local hardware stores. While many of our clients can install the cord themselves, if you are not comfortable, you can arrange for installation from a local service company for what is typically a nominal charge.

Washing Machines :
Water hoses, typically four feet in length, should be purchased with your washer. If you need longer hoses you can usually purchase them from your local hardware store. Many of our customers can install the hoses themselves, but if you are not comfortable, or are unsure about the quality of your plumbing, you can typically have a local serviceman perform the installation at a nominal charge.

We recommend you have a local installer hook up your dishwasher at what is typically a nominal fee. If you are purchasing a "tall tub" dishwasher please make sure you have the appropriate height.
